• It’s been revealed that this Light Fury has fire blasts, unlike our boy Toothless who shoots plasma blasts. She also appears to be aquatic, which would explain why she looks so different than Toothless! In my opinion, Light Furies are a sub-species of Furies, which means we may yet be introduced to more than just one new species! What we do know is that she is intended as a love match for Toothless; Director and writer Dean Deblois had this to say about her: “She is very rare, very elusive and very wild.”.
• Astrid Hofferson and Hiccup Haddock are still very much in love, and obviously still exploring the world together. We’re seeing Fire Worms on the big screen for the very first time, and I for one am already loving the glow they are casting on our two lovebirds!
• Grimmel the Grisly, who is voiced by F. Murray Abraham, will be our main villain. It’s also been said that Drago Bludvist will return to meet his ultimate fate, and I am sure we can all agree that is a nice way of saying, “Die, Drago, Die!”
•As for now, it does seem like they are pushing for a similar ending for the film franchise as with Cressida Cowell’s book series. Personally, this Dragons fan is hoping for a slight twist, where we’ll see Toothless (and hopefully the others) staying with Hiccup on Berk, while the rest of the world sees dragons slowly fade into a memory, and then into legend.
Okay, in this days we have (for part of Dreamworks) new pictures of a female Night Fury who will play the roll of Toothless’ mate now this post it’s NOT ABOUT HATE AND REQUEST OF NOTHING. So go out haters.
Today this post is about the name and identity of this Light Fury (as everyone call her in this days)
I’m gonna mention the boooks, mainly the book 12 How to Fight A Dragon’s Fury
But specifically this page:

Just look at her. Her skin is intentionally white and Is not just that,her skin is glowing and shiny for one reason
And she had fins, obviously as all we know she is a SEA DRAGON
...AGAIN:
So. in my opinion she is based on this particullary sea dragon from the 12th book and she would name Luna, at least I hope so.

On one level, it’s the emotionally clumsy Hiccup who has to train his fierce, but clueless dragon companion in flirting rituals.

But as his relationship with the Light Fury flourishes, it pulls Toothless away from human influence.
“The Light Fury is an engine of change in our story, representing the call of the wild, which is key to Toothless’ destiny,” says DeBlois.
Now I really think that the light fury is a special species of night fury, I mean she obviously lives underwater meanwhile Toothless doesn’t! So maybe there’s still these aquatic dragons but not the terrestrial ones???
