flipflap-flipflap:

I’m two episodes into Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai, and I’m thoroughly enjoying it. The title is extremely misleading – this is a fairly serious drama.

From the little I’ve dipped my toes in, the story centers around a girl who is struggling for attention – and not in the usual sense. People are ceasing to perceive her. Our protagonist, an underclassman boy, is the only person who notices her during one of her experiments: trotting about a library in a bunny girl outfit (hence the show’s name). It’s beginning to get worse, as she has started to slip even out of people’s memories. So now, the two of them are trying to discover a way to keep her from disappearing completely.

It’s a cool concept, and the characters all seem fun and relatable so far. I’m really getting into this!
